This month’s case study is a 2 month look at an athlete using velocity based training. Hank is a 19-year-old football player whose training history consists almost solely of max strength training. You will see the before and after performance measures, as well as graphs demonstrating the athlete’s adaptations. When we target other types of strength the adaptations are pretty cool!
